Terms and Conditions for Suable AI

I. Introduction

Welcome to Suable AI! These terms and conditions of service detail what you (the “User”) can expect from us (the “Service”), and what we expect from you. References to our products in this terms of service agreement (the “Agreement”) refer to all of our products, services, and offerings including messaging platforms, software, and applications. Suable AI is operated by Suable, Inc., located at 333 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94105.

By using Suable AI’s services through SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, or any other supported platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

II. Our Mission and Business Model

Our mission is to facilitate communication between legal professionals and potential users of legal services through innovative messaging platforms. Suable AI operates an online platform that provides a venue for providers and purchasers of legal services to exchange information with the goal of eventually forming a professional relationship.

Suable AI does not guarantee that Users will successfully find legal representation through our system. Suable AI takes no position and offers no opinion on when or if an attorney-client relationship has been formed and does not involve itself in the agreements between attorneys and clients or the actual representation of clients. Therefore, we cannot ensure the completion of any agreement or the integrity of either party. The User, and not Suable AI, is solely responsible for assessing the integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness of all persons with whom the User communicates through the Service.

In support of this mission, we offer free case submission services for clients and paid subscription services for attorneys. The service is complimentary for clients with no payment required.

III. Service Description

Suable AI helps people find the right lawyer through an innovative process:

Anyone can present a case by answering simple questions about their legal situation through our SMS, WhatsApp, or Messenger interfaces without immediately revealing their identity. Subscribed attorneys review the presented case and decide whether to respond with a proposal. When attorneys are interested in helping you, you will see their responses to your case along with background information so that you can make an informed decision.

Suable AI is FREE to both consumers and businesses who need legal help. There are no hidden costs, fees, or other charges for clients. All costs of the service are borne by Member Attorneys who have paid subscription fees to respond to your inquiries.

Suable AI provides you with a choice of lawyers for FREE. If you find a lawyer that is right for you using Suable AI, there is no obligation to hire that lawyer. Suable AI does not participate in your fee negotiations with your chosen lawyer. Nor do we receive any portion of the fees you pay to your lawyer.

IV. No Attorney-Client Relationship with Suable AI

Suable AI is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice to anyone. Any form of use of our Service by a User is not intended to and will not create an attorney-client relationship between any person or entity and Suable AI. In addition, no communication with Suable AI shall create an attorney-client relationship, such being expressly denied.

Suable AI may, at times, provide assistance to Users in formulating or editing language of User submissions through our automated systems, and this service is in no way intended to constitute legal advice or the practice of law, but merely an aid in presenting the User’s information for the sole purpose of increasing the likelihood that clients and attorneys will connect more efficiently and effectively.

V. Engagements with Attorneys

In order to provide an optimal forum for attorneys and clients, Suable AI does not involve itself in or with the agreements between attorneys and clients or the representation of clients. User, and not Suable AI, is solely responsible for assessing the integrity, honesty, and creditworthiness of all persons with whom User communicates through the Service.

VI. User Submissions

Attorney Submissions
Attorney is solely responsible for all information that they submit through the Service, including, but not limited to, the attorney advertisements, attorney profile and contact information, fee proposals, and all other communications with potential clients, and for any such information that is inaccurate, defamatory, deceptive, misleading, or violates the law or any rules of ethics, in any respect.

Client User Submissions
Attorney is solely responsible to assess the credibility or trustworthiness of any and all information obtained through use of the Service. The information that is submitted to the Service is provided by Users (both attorneys and lay persons), and Suable AI does not warrant the validity or accuracy of any such information.

VII. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Suable AI makes every effort to ensure the ultimate protection and security for your confidential information by employing the latest in security measure technology. Your personal information is never disclosed to anyone until you decide to release it to lawyers interested in your case. Attorneys are able to view only your case summary information and the city and state where you need legal help.

Suable AI will not sell or distribute your contact information to any company or individual without your consent. Your personal information will only be used to help you find the right lawyer.

VIII. Messaging Platform Terms

By using Suable AI’s services via SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other supported platforms:

1. You acknowledge that standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your carrier.
2. You consent to receive automated messages related to your case and our services.
3. You understand that communication through these platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform providers.

IX. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUABLE AI PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SUABLE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SUABLE AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL INTEROPERATE OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUABLE AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUABLE AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

X. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suable AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you or arising from your use of the Service.

XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

XII. Modifications to this Agreement

Suable AI reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website or through our messaging platforms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
